No need to do this yourself; many sellers of watch batteries do this at no charge. But actually it's not that difficult if it's anything like my Skagen it's just like other watches I've had - take the back off, switch batteries, close it up.
As SKAGEN have their own traiding rules you will not be able to get watch band in shops or even at the dealer otlets. All I can do is to give you a link to send to Skagen a required part doc:

If you take the watch to any jeweller they will be able to identify the battery type required - also they should be able to replace the seals, which are always worth replacing when a battery goes.
