Trying to get music on my mp3 player

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

Have you downloaded or have the disk and installed the latest updated software program from the Zune web site? You need the Zune software to sync music or videos to your player if you haven't done so yet. You also need to setup your software and name your Player so that the software recognizes it. Also where are you trying to download music from? From the Zune website, from another website, off of your computer? Can you please give more details of what is going on? I've had Zune players since 2006 since they came out, so maybe I can help if you can explain more. Kathy

go to my computer and click on your mp3 player than go to the music page and past music in that folder

If you already formatted the player itself, the songs itself may be in the wrong format. This player doesn't read iTunes files, for instance - it will look like they have transferrred, but you will not be able to play them.

Itunes has a free download every week. Other than that, try googling free MP3. Also, sometimes bands will put songs on their website you can download. There are programs you can get to download "free" music, but most are ILLEGAL.
