Save command The pokemon ruby game was originally for gameboy advance. It is compatible with ds lite but it fails to save. Can you help?

Remakes of Pokemon (Omega) Ruby and (Alpha) Sapphire from GameBoy Advance will be out November 21, 2014 only for Nintendo 3ds using the engine and new elements from Pokemon X&Y like Mega evolutions.

Far as I know coming from former GameBoys even to the DS. The game itself is not saved upon the actual Game itself, but the System or in the case the Gameboy. If he had played the game before most likely it is a previous saved gamed he palyed or someone else. All pokemon games have a common point, that you can only play one game at a time, if you try to start a new game, the previous saved game is deleted after saving on a new game. Granted that I have not played the newer verisons of the Pokemon, but if they are anything like the older verions. Emerald, Ruby, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Etc. They will delete the game once a new game is started and saved.

A Game Pack is the game cartridge you insert to play a game. GameBoy Advance Games are not compatable with the Transfer Pak. The Transfer pack and Pokemon Stadium 2 only support the following: Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal versions. No Ruby will not work with the transfer pak as you will not be able to insert it, and the software would not pick it up.

yes you have totake it apart and get a new memory your leafgreen has lost its life so it stops working

You have to look up the codes online and then put them in.

Put the GBA game in the gba slot on the ds and start the pokemon ds game after beating the elite four, and choose migrate pokemon (or transfer pokemon) then go to the national park to find your transfered pokemon.
