Sounds like the main board has blown and will need to be replaced.

The control panel will not work, no lights on panel.

First make sure you house fuse or breaker didn't trip. If you have power to the dryer house outlet, next check the connections where the big 220 volt power cord goes into the dryer. Should be a small access cover you can take off to look at the power cord connections. Sometimes when they are first installed they are not put on tight. Over time they over heat and burn at the connectors. If either side is burned that may be your problem. If all connectors are good, you could have 2 possible circuit boards bad. 1 would be the display board itself (the one with the touch screen) or the main PCB board under the control panel in a tan looking cover box.

Dedicated 20 amp outlet

Ideally you should run the line straight from the circuit breaker out to your hot tub, but if the line running from your circuit breaker to the box you're using now is 20amp. you can absolutely connected to that. to be up to code it cannot be an open box it needs to be closed After you wire in your 70ft connection. (that's assuming the box that you're using is dedicated already to your hot tub) then the only difference would be is your using extra line and costing you tenths of a penny extra and electricity per hour.

If the dryer is tripping the circuit breaker, it's possible that the circuit breaker itself is malfunctioning. or a wire is loose to breaker.
There could be a loose connection in the outlet. A loose connection in the outlet could consist of wiring that is not functioning and is unable to properly manage current. The current needed by the dryer is being mishandled by the loosely connected outlet and drawing more power from the electrical system, tripping the circuit breaker. check outlet to find out !

There is no power to dryer

is there power to the outlet, if not check breaker panel, dryers call for a 30 amp breaker, if so then remove back panel plate to access the power cord, plug in dryer and check for voltage at the terminals of the dryer, the middle is ground the two outside have power, if you have power there then here is a website. no the light has nothing to do with the dryer not running, sounds like a breaker issue. You will need a multimeter and some screwdrivers. first make sure that the breaker has power, you will need to take the front panel off, then with the meter check for your 220 volts at the breaker(where the wires are hooked up), next check for voltage at the outlet, if all these have power then it is in the dryers cord, you will need to move the dryer out and remove the plate and check for voltage, if it does then you will have to trace it into the dryer. My GE DPSB620ECWW does not light up the pannel or

Check circuit breaker at the house electric panel, if good, check for voltage (220/240)volts at the receptacle that the dryer power cord plugs into, if good, check for voltage(220/240)volts at the dryer terminal block where the dryer power cord connects to the dryer, if good, check voltages at the dryer power transformer, should be 220/240 volts for motor, and 110/115 volts control power for dryer controls, you should find the failure within these inspections/testing.
Good Luck !

I just picked up a hot tub and i need to know how to wire it for 110.

First you need a supply or a home run to your panel, or you can tie on to another circuit. With hot tubs you should ALWAYS use a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) breaker or device or you could die from electrical shock (water and electricity don't mix!!!!!!) if its a hot tub its not likely that its 120v because of the heating elements and pump usually they are 220-240v make sure you are using the right voltage or you could burn up any controls and your wasting money. Make sure there is a good ground, GFCI devices need a ground to work properly. Other than that, black or other dark colors are hot, white and gray are neutral, green is always ground. Get yourself a tester and find the hot lead it should read 120v to ground or neutral. Be very careful with wiring its not always done correctly you have to check with a tester. With 220-240v you have two hots, a ground, and no neutral unless the appliance specifically calls for it. this can be very dangerous and if you don't have any experience you should probably call a professional. GOOD LUCK

Kenmore Elite HE3 Dryer PF on control panel,

HI, there may have been a slight power failure within the home breaker unit or the dryer may have lost power to the control for some sort of reason.

I recommend a thorough inspection of the terminal block on the back side of this unit. make sure the power cord is attached tightly and the wall outlet is secure and holding the power cord correctly. if everything looks great with the terminal block and the power cord is plugged in the outlet correctly, simply unplug this unit for 5 minutes to reset the control. after the 5 minutes are up, plug the unit in once more and the PF alert should reset.

Make sure the breaker box in your home is working properly. (the actual breaker switch for the dryer must be in the on position)

Dryer will not start

Your dryer may not be receiving adequate voltage to start. Make sure your dryer is plugged in. Also, check the circuit breaker panel to make sure all the circuit breakers are in the correct positions. Or check to make sure no fuses in the fuse panel are blown. Try plugging something else into the same outlet. If it won't work either, then there is likely something wrong with the power outlet. Any of these could be the reason power is not getting to your dryer. Also, refrain from using an extension cord to plug your dryer in.
