Red = To battery Black = Earth - Most people wire it to body of car Blue = REM Wire - Remote amp Wire goes to back of stereo so it can trigger amp to turn on
Then AUX L And R IN goes to The stereos AUX out.
After that its done
Unhook your battery before preforming any stereo modifications and remove fuse in the RED amp Wire it will be a big fuse you cant miss it, Case any wire accidentally touch when fitting they don't short .

Radio works no power to amplifier 1992 ranger

The power goes to your amplifier straight from your battery into your amp so make sure that's good and there's a blue wire behind your radio should say remote you extend that wire to your amp and that tells it when to turn on and of course the rcAs from your radio to amp if it's a stock radio go buy a LOC cause it won't have rcas and to use a LOC well you have to take the speaker wires and hook them up to your rear speakers and then take the rcas from the loc and plug them in the amp but make sure the amp is grounded first

Hi i have a mtx 1501 d

If it does it with no RCAs plugged in, the speakers or wiring need to be checked.

If the speakers and wiring are OK, the amp may have shorted output transistors.

Right side speakers don't work

if you are using RCAs as inputs to your amp.Swap the R to L @ RCAs to see if its comming in okay from radio. If both RCAs have audio then amp is bad ,If amp has any type of switches , move swithces to see if it comes back .Also if both RCAs inputs have audio .Move the RCAs when connected on amp to see if amp has bad connection in board to RCA jacks..If audio comes back on bad side when jack is moves .Then you have bad solder joints on board..If not then you must have bad outputs on amp..
