I am left handed and am experiencing difficulties scrolling with mouse

Open "Control Panel".
Open "Mouse".
Switch the mouse from "right-handed" to "left-handed",
i.e., make the RIGHT button (not the LEFT) to function as the FIRST mouse-button.

Im having difficulty in charging my mouse -my stand is plugged in -i've cleaned the contacts -i've reset several times and it still doesnt charge

Verify with a tester that the cradle is supplying power. If it is, the mouse rechargeable battery might be gone; if it's one of the models with common NiMh AAAA ("pencil thin") batteries inside, you can even replace them by yourself.

I need instructions on how to install wireless mouse

A CD should have come with it with appropriate drivers if necessary.
In XP, Vista and Win 7 many wireless mice/keyboards are automatically detected.

If you still have difficulty pls provide name and/or model of hardware

Mouse won't stay ''on''-have to click green button on bottom

Try regular Lithium Batteries, not rechargeable batteries.

If this does not fix the problem, I would get a new mouse.

GE wireless optical mini mouse

Not sure if it could be a mouse issue or a surface issue. Some things to keep in mind: 1. Most mice have a "channel" buttof on the bottom used to pair it with the wireless base. Try pressing this a few times to see if you get the desired effect. 2. Surface has a lot to do with quality of the mouse tracking beacon. I suggest dropping $10 on a mousepad. I have a mouse pad with a wrist rest I paid $15 bucks for and even though the mouse doesn't move as fast as on the desk, simple changes in the Control Panel for mouse tracking solved this issue. 3. I am not one to harp on a particular mouse manufacturer but I have had a great deal of good experiences with Logitechs line of mice and keyboards. Hope this helps. D.
