Did you disable the User Account Control and tried installing the Software completely?? You will have to uninstall all the previous version Applications and then disable the UAC and install the application,.
You will have to install C Cleaner and use the uninstaller in that to uninstall any application. The C Cleaner is a freeware application and you can download from Cnet.http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/
If your Computer is installed with Vista, of Windows 7, then open the Control Panel and select User account. In the User accounts, on the bottom, you can see the option to turn OFF the UAC.
