Hello cambutter,

When you give the print command, it should open up the print properties box. Here click the 'properties' button and choose the 'printing shortcuts' tab. (should automatically open to that tab). At the bottom right of the box, (the last option), it says 'print both sides'.
Choose your setting here and print away!
Note: Depending on your software, you may get a different print box, and if you see "collate" here, then simply check that.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here. Please do not assign a rating until you feel your problem is resolved. I will try my best to help you further if need be.

what you have to do to print both sides of the paper is in the print selection highlight print pages 1,3,5 etc and when finished turn the pages upside down and in backwards , the print pages 2,4,6,8
in the pages selection -print odd pages then when done print even numbers

My fax machine stays on and I can't print somethings. Everytime I try to print something the "FAX" machine window opens up....instead of the "PRINT" window. I clicked on the little arrow by the printer...

Hello,
Try this.. Go to start, devices and printers and you will have a few things listed in there that are related to your printer. Most likely it will say document writer, fax and your hp printer. Make sure that the check mark is on your printer, not your fax. This indicates what your default printer is. To change this, right click on your hp printer and select set as default printer. Once this is set try printing again. Let me know if this works, if not we will try step 2. Hope this helps!

My HP Officejet 6200 All-in-one won't print a word document.

When you plug the usb cord from the printer to the laptop, the laptop should have something to say about it. Usually, 'detected new hardware', new hardware installed and ready to use'. The second message usually takes a little while to show up. Maybe a wizard will pop up, you have to do whatever it wants. If you don't have the install disk it wants, it will have to go online to get the drivers.

HP 6200 without telling it to print, feeds and jams continually

I already encounter that problem lately. when you print your documents, the only response of the printer is paper jam. feed and jam.

try this tip if acceptable of your situation now.

only to do is copy your documents by edit button and then select all or highlight all that your going to print and then right to copy

and then, open a new documents page set up if needed.

and then print it without saving your file because that already save.
