Check the condensate drain tube for blockage.

Trades will be very reluctant to give you an hourly rate on split system install as this would deplete the profitability. It depends on the installation, a simple back to back install would take around 3 hours with electrical connection to switchboard. It also depends on brick or fibro walls. To take the blower motor out:The technician would do the following:1. disconnect the power2. remove all front cover3. disconnect all wires at the terminal block at the unit4. DISCONNECT ALL WIRES AT THE BOARD. take out the control board5. remove the drain hose at the back6. REMOVE 2 SCREWS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF UNIT7. REMOVE 1 SCREW ON THE RIGHT FRONT AT BOTTOM8. PULL DOWN FIRMLY down
BUT NOT TOO HARD. BE CAREFULL NOT TO DAMAGE THE STYROFORM AROUND. WORK IT SO THAT THE BLOWER AND FAN MOTOR COMES OUT TOGETHER. 9. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO DISCONNECT THE REFRIGERANT LINES

Check the disconnect switch and make sure that both the fuses are good and not shot. If one is shot then the system wont work. There are two fuse. Also be careful due to you will be working around 210 volts
