The solution is that I will find a thai friend that will translate the manual for me....and not ask money for a service that should be delivered with the cooker!!!!!!!!

Sorry does not appear to be available in english at the moment, the model has apparently not been fully marketed in english speaking countries - try calling
1-800-BE-SHARP (1-800-237-4277)
and ask if they can supply in the future.
If you have no luck try http://www.freetranslation.com/ - they have an excellent translation engine for japanese to english, and online translators if you wish to pay - problem is japanese keyboard and character set - easiest way would be to check your local "yellow pages" for a translator that you can send the manual to in hard copy.
