YOU HAVE TO ACTIVATE YOUR MMS SERVICE BY CALLING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO OF YOUR NETWORK PROVIDER. THEY WILL ACTIVATE THE SERVICE WITHING SHORT TIME AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEND THE PICTURES AS WELL AS SOUNDS AND VIDEOS THROUGH MESSAGES.
Hi this is a common problem and its to do with the settings on the phone, all you need to do is contact your service provider and tell them what phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings they wont charge for this and they send them via text message, this will then update your phone to the correct settings and enable you to send and receive what ever you like.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

Its the mms settings that are wrong on your phone so once they send you these via text message this will then update your phone and will then solve your problem.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
