I have a 2000 system that I'm trying to use this on and it's asking for a driver...I can only find the driver for win98se. The device is a Dynex dx-ecdrw100. Where can i find the driver?

This is and old soundcard . I believe it is designed to support DOS, Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000 only.
You do not say which operating syustem you are using. XP, maybe?
Before you try to install drivers try:
Start > control Panel > Sounds and audio devices > Audio > click on the drop menu next to playback device to see list of audio devices > selesct the Dynex DX-SC5.1 as the Default Device > Apply > Ok.
In Vista:
Start > Control panel > hardware & Sounds > manage audio Devices > click to highlight the sound driver for this sound card > Set Default > Apply > OK.
If tyhis does not work, then uninstall the drivers > restart the computer > download and reinstall the drivers.
Look up the manufacture on the internet and contact them. Or if you know what type of plug and power requirements - you can get a universal PS from electronic stores.
I bought a USB 2.0 4 Ports Dynex Serial Adapter to install in my Vista 64 bit operating system computer and when I try to install the driver is not supported for my system, what can i do.
