Good day. The best I can do for you is a link where you must request the manual online. Go here http://www.audiocircuit.com/Home-Audio/Theater-Research/TR-502#manuals. Hope this helps!

I lost my remote control, how do I get another one?

On the off-chance try e-bay... I had a miss functioning remote control on a kenwood home theatre system, searched everywhere for a replacement, then tried e-bay.. Chanced on someone who had found a remote control of the same model after selling their system (I was amazed by the coincidence), worth trying.

Two out of five speakers has sound, what could be the problem

did you have to connect the wires yoursel and then clamp them down to make a connection?
Check that the positive leads are plugged into the positive connections . yr lead should be a solid colour ie solid red or solid grey or solid black.

Speaker not working

Either. You can probably order a new driver (speaker, no box) from Mission, then put it in yourself. This usually involves 4 screws around the speaker, then disconnecting a coulple of wires, putting the new one in and letting the speaker bed in for a while. You've then got a working speaker, and a nice paperweight.

If you have more money, and fancy an upgrade, you can buy some new speakers. An odd one wouldn't match the others, so it would be 4 satellites and a centre required. The subwoofer should be fine.

Hi, I have a rumbling noise coming from the sub woofer on my surround sound system. Any ideas?

Is it only at high volume or all the time? It could be that your input from your DVD may be bad.

Need web site

Hi Deb:
You are kidding aren't you? what you have is a "White Van System" a system bought out of the back of a van. You can also find them on ebay of course. They are sold as high end stereo equipment when in reality, they are strictly extremely low end terrible poor quality junk from China. To get a replacement might be touch since you never know where the white vans will be in your town. They do have a web site you can try, which is www.trtheaterresearch.com. If you really like the sound, they try their website or ebay to get a replacement. Good luck. Chris
