Hello how are you Take the tray out on the bottom and see if there is a piece of something in there. Mine does this sometimes. Also on the back there is a drawer open this up and check. Have you taken out the toner yet. Do this and once you check every area as described turn power off to it and leave off for min. Then power back on and push cancel button about 5 times let me know if this works for you. It does for me

Probably a jam sensor is dirty or stuck. Look through the paper path for a stuck plastic sensor arm, or dirt or paper dust on photocell typr sensors.Paper sensors are normally located near where paper feeds, and where it exits the machine. The paper must pass over these sensors as it travels through the machine. If a scrap of paper is left on the sensors, they will report it as a jam. If you can, try manually pushing a sheet of paper through the printer, ONLY in the direction it normally feeds. This may free up a stuck sensor arm, or force out the jammed scrap.

Press the stop/clear button then press the maintaince button(spanner) and the ON button all at the same time in that order. That will reset it.It should work after that.Hope this helps you.

Same thing here, tried to clear everything out of rollers there is nothing in there. Have turned it on and off enough to get a different error msg, but I still have not been able to print anything. I even uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, nothing. Ready to get a new printer can't keep running to Fedex Office every time. HELP!
