You may want to check your mouse settings in your O/S and make sure the right click hasn't been turned off or set to do something else.

Check under Start --> control panel --> mouse

That's for a windows O/S which I am assuming you are using.

Hi can anyone help please, my acer 5050 wireless is not working, just installed windows

1. locate the Wireless communication switch/indicator at the front of 5050 just left of headphone jack.
2. slide switch momentarily to the right.
3. you should see "Wireless LAN Enabled" in green letters at the bottom of the screen
4. a little screen icon should appear in the Taskbar at the bottom right of the screen
5. if it has a little red x beside it, right click on it for more options.
6. if it has no red x, you were automatically connected to a wireless that is open (no security enabled)
7. with the red x and after the right click, in the pop-up, click on View Available Wireless Networks
8. in the Wireless Network Connections window, if no list then click on Refresh network list
9. click on the SSID name for your wireless router to Chose a wireless network
10. click the Connect button to connect to the high-lighted network
11. if your wireless router has security (WEP or WPA) enabled, a pop-up will ask for the network key
12. enter Network key and repeat entry in next line to Confirm network key and click Connect button
13. the little screen icon should no longer have a red x beside it
14. hovering the mouse cursor over the icon will get a pop-up with wireless connection status

Non responding wireless mouse and keyboard

mcdevito75 here, Sounds like the mouse itself is faulty, if the right button when depressed returns to position and you hear the familiar click, and you don"t hear that from the left button, then the mouse itself is faulty, ask Dell to send another mouse, it should be on warranttee with your new computer.

The left click doesn't work every time I push it down.

Sounds like the left switch has already gone bad. If it isn't a year old, it should be under warranty. Take it back (along with the receipt) to where you purchased it and ask for a replacement.

Wireless mouse curser does not move new batteries installed

If the mouse totally stop working like left/right click, moving, etc then i suggest replace the battery of your mouse and try. If the same result then again install the driver & restart the netbook.
Thanks waiting for your feedback.
