When you get to your phone's setting, select profiles. Amongst the list of profiles, determine which of them you want to use to activate your vibrate mode. When you have done that, scroll to that profile, select 'options', then select 'personalise'. In the personalise sub-menu, you are allowed to set the features of that mode to your desire. In the ringing tone, select no tone, in the ringing volume, reduce the volume to zero. When you are asked if you want to set the ringing volume to the maximum, select yes/ok. In the vibrate option, select yes/vibrate. In the message tone, select no tone. For other sounds and tones, select no tone. When you are done, REMEMBER TO SAVE IT. Then go back and activate that profile. It is advisable that the profile you use for this though, is your 'silent' profile.
1. You get it done from your tone settings. Go to the 'tones' sub menu. Select the option that prompts you to change tone. You would see the list of tones that came with the phone, and an option to select from the gallery. Select the option to go to the gallery. Scroll to the song of your choice. Select it. Remember to select 'save / ok / done'. when you are done.
2. Go to that song in your gallery. Select options. Select the use tone option, indicating to use it as ring tone.
The second process is quite faster than the first.
Some how your phone was reset or had the tone turned off. Just follow the below guide and your audio should come back on. I would do a soft reset (turn off the handset, remove the battery then reinsert) before performing the instructions.
Tone settings To select a ringing tone for voice calls, select Tones > Ringing tone. To select a ringing tone for video calls, select Tones > Video call tone. To set the ringing type, select Tones > Ringing type. You can also set the device to sound a ringing tone that is a combination of the spoken name of the caller and the selected ringing tone, when someone from your contacts list calls you. Select Tones > Say caller's name. To set the volume level of the ringing tone, select Tones > Ringing volume. To set the various alert tones, select Tones > Message alert tone, E-mail alert tone, Calendar alarm tone, or Clock alarm tone. To set the device to vibrate when you receive a call, select Tones > Vibrating alert. To set the volume level of the device keypad tones, select Tones > Keypad tones.
I have included a link to download your user manual if needed, it comes as a PDF file so you need to have adobe PDF down loader

Creating Phonebook Entries
To store names and numbers in your Phonebook, please follow these steps:
When the phone is in standby mode, press [phonebook icon] (on the left side of the four-way key).
To create a new phonebook entry, press the NEW soft key. Edit Name appears.
Enter the name for this entry (Edit Name).
Use the keypad to enter a name for this entry; the name can contain up to 1 6 characters. (See page 1 1 for instructions on entering text.) If you do not want to enter a name for this entry, your phone will store this entry as No Name. Press the OK soft key when you are finished.
Enter the number for this entry (Edit Number 1).
Once you have stored a name, EDIT NUMBER1 appears next. Use the number keypad, [right] or [left] on the four-way function key, or the DELETE soft key to enter the phone number 1 ; the phone number can contain up to 32 digits. If you need the phone to pause between digits when it’s dialing (for example, to enter an extension or an access code), press [redial/pause] to insert a two-second pause. You will see a P in the display. You can also use more than one pause together if two seconds is not long enough. Each pause counts as one digit. Press the OK soft key when you are finished.
EDIT NUMBER 2 appears next. Use the same procedure when entering the phone number 1 to enter the phone number 2. Press the OK soft key when you are finished.
Assign a personal ring tone for this entry (Personal Ring).
You can attach a personalized ring tone to each phonebook entry; the phone will use this ring tone when this person calls. Move the cursor to highlight one of the 20 different ring tone options. As you highlight each ring tone, you will hear a sample of that tone. When you hear the ring tone you want to use, press the OK soft key. If you do not want to use a personal ring tone for this phonebook entry, select the NO SELECTION option, and the phone will use your standard ring tone setting.
Assign this entry to a Speed Dial number (Speed Dial).
Your phone has 1 0 speed dial numbers, 0 to 9. Move the cursor to select the speed dial number you want to assign to this phonebook entry, and press the OK soft key. Select NO SELECTION if you do not want to assign this entry to a speed dial number. Press the OK soft key.
You will hear a tone confirming that the new phonebook entry has been stored, and DONE! appears in the display.
Note: When the shared memory is full, the oldest Caller ID message is overwritten.
I have F480 touchwiz (right now my screen has stopped working) but if I remember correctly, I go to settings - profiles, choose a profile to change, and the tabs on the top of the screen allow you to change ring tone, sms/txt tone and email tone. Hope this helps
If you're using Nokia fone, go to Contact through the menu and select Caller group. There you'll be able to customize groups for your user. Select a group and customize/edit it.
