PUK codeand PIN Code: Pleasedont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will getlocked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be givenonly by the network service provider. Please call the network service providerof your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask yousome basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And hewill provide you the PUK and PINcode.This is done for free of cost.

HI, YOU COULD GET THE CODE FROM YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, TRY CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE OF YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER...OR ITS POSSIBLE THAT WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR LINE FROM YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, THE WELCOME PACKAGE GIVEN TO YOU CARRIES THE PUK CODE..YOU COULD CHECK IF YOU STILL HAVE THE PACK.

There are 2 possibilities here. The most likely issue is that your phone needs a PUK code, which can only be provided by your service provider. If that does not unlock your phone it is likely you will need to purchase a new SIM card. The security on the phones work by locking the phone when the PIN code is entered too many times incorrectly. If someone continues to attempt to unlock it with the wrong code, it will permanently disable the SIM.

In order of severity: If your handset is asking you for a PIN, you will have a few attempts to get it right, before it locks up and asks you for a PUK code.
If your handset is asking for a PUK code, Call your telecommunications provider. They will be able to issue you with one (don't try too many times, as you will render the phone inoperable)
If you have used up all of your attempts to get in at the PUK code stage, you will need to ask your telecommuncations provider, or the handset manafacturer for assistance. They will probably ask for proof of purchase and may charge a fee. If a handset has gotten to this point, the phone will probably be rendered useless.

Also, if you have set a code, and forgotten it, follow the next steps:  Be careful not to render the phone useless by trying too many times. You could try the defaults:

the puk-code can only be obtained by your mobile network provider!
For security reasons there is no way to find it/read it out from the mobile/sim card.
