My coby 610 8g isn't playing properly.I think it needs an equalizer but I can't find one on it. It should have one. The sing vocals are so faint you can't hear them, and the music and back vocals are fine but they are fuzzy and sound weird too. It's not the headphones because I've tried other headphones and it didn't help. The song sounds fine on the computer. What's wrong?
Thanks mangonia4, Because of you i have found the equalizer but it isn't fixing it. I've tried every option in the equalizer. So if it doesn't need an equalizer than i'm clueless on how it is playing so horribly when it was playing fine a couple of months ago. Any other advice? Thanks mangonia4,

You could record short "samples" to be used in building new voices, however, it does NOT appear that you can record a vocal song with the PSR9000. The Tyros II and III have the capability to record vocals but the PSR9000 and Tyros I do not..
When playing back an arrangement, you can re-sing the song and have the vocal harmonizer track the arrangement.
i also am not really good at this but ive been a member of our school choral since elementary, hs and college, church choir too.. we dont get lectures about singing but we were taught that for our voice to come out good we have to open our mouth wide.. like when we say "O", open our mouth wide enough to fit 3 fingers... dunno how to explai it but it works especially if you're singing without microphone, that is to exaggerate your voice.. then you have to feel of course what youre singing, facial expressions is also a way to project...
do vocalizations, exercise for singing, inhaling and exhaling..etc
then when singing, youve to know when to inhale and exhale so that you wont sound like you lack oxygen.... to not try to sing too high pitched song (if you sing like mariah well u can) if u cant, try to sing songs according to your pitch, so that you can project or sing it well without cracking, hmm like sounding flat or sharp..
good luck..
and btw, i think there are tutorials on youtube for singing lessons.
if my suggestion andonline lessons doesnt work then try to attend voice lessons with pro.. smile!
Hi im joe, Regarding your concern the ET 3000 magic sing does not have background vocals at all. The manufacturer design the magic sing for sing along purposes only but they are now improving there future products to have that feature with background vocals.
If you have a equalizer setting then you need to access it and increasy the middle sliders. It could be you accidentally altered the equalizer setting/mode.
Thanks mangonia4,
