SOURCE: Canon mf6530 crumples paper and makes grinding

I pressume that paper is wrinkled in fixing section. Probably the fixing bushings are worn out. The grinding noise could be from paper when it stuckes, but also from gears.Call service.
There is a trick if paper is moisturized. Flip paper in cass. up side down, and try again.

Testimonial: "Great suggestion But need to know where the "fixer" is? I downloaded a service manual but I am use to fixing computers."

On a Canon Image Class MF6530. When printing on both side of paper the back side is blurry

Check the paper is suitable, cheap paper may have poor surface on one side, or very glossy on one side might be slipping in rollers? Try a good quality 90g paper.

My CanonPC940 won't grab paper and push it through to print-also makes a a loud "grinding" noise. How can I fix this?

Sounds like a tire may have slid off of a wheel. Yes they have wheels. Also paper soaks up water like a sponge always keep your paper in the wrapper it comes in and the top side of the paper is where the seam is. Make sure you put the paper in so that the top side is the side going through the machine. I do how ever believe you have a wheel or gear out of place.

I use my MF6530 Laser Copier Printer to print checks and it will frequently print on the reverse side of the paper.

hai I give print to printer 2 side in single page, first two page print well but another two page print in opposite direction in the same paper (example1,2 page one side and 3 ,4 pages in other side but reverse direction. it mean you turn the paper to next side, you see opposite direction ) please help me to avoid this problem.

Canon IP1880-Paper jam

after you get all the crumples out
wipe down the rollers with alcohol to clean them and wait about 5 to 10 minutes before trying to print

Paper feed jams, and when tray is inserted, the top sheet is pushed forward and crumpled along the front edge.

sounds like you have something obstructing your paper path, before inserting the tray check to see if the sensor is freely moving, hope this helps

Crumpled paper comes out of copy machine

Firstly make sure that in the cassette the paper tray guides are fully against the paper as if they are not the paper will wiggle through the machine and cause your fault. If this doesn't work then check the paper path as there maybe a small piece of paper causing it to shift and turn causing the crumple. Also check the fuser and the little plastic stripper fins as they may have dried toner on them causing the fault.

Hope this helps you

Printing envelopes

You will probably have to change your paper settings on the printer itself to proceed without an error. In the additional settings>Paper Size> change it from Ltr to Envelope.
