If you get only sound and some lines that move around the screen, then Its very likely that you don;t have the proper CODECs for the video to show up.
Look for the video CODECS on the internet, and install them.

MEMORY CARD SHOWING FULL BUT WHEN CAMERA CONNECTED TO DOWNLOAD TO LAPTOP OR DESKTOP ITS SHOWING FREE SPACE AND USED SPACE BUT NOT SHOWING ANY PICTURES AND VIDEOS,

Save the pictures and videos on the card. Try reformatting the card in the computer, and then again using the camera. The first reformat will ensure the card is empty, and then the camera reformat will ensure that it is recognized by the camera. If the camera reformat will not work, try a new card.

Krave Camera Not Working

mine had the same problem.
go into memory under settings and (if you have a card) move some pictures/videos/music/sounds to the card from the phone memory.
if you don't have a card, try deleting a few pictures/videos/music/sounds from your phone memory.

hope this helps!

How do u retrieve all pictures to show on your mp3?

Hello Charlez_B,

Just like videos, the pictures to show on your sansa have to be in a certain format. I'm not quite sure what it is, for videos I know they have to be in Quiktime format. You might want to check the format of the pictures that do show. I think the format is jpg, but am not 100% sure.

Hope this helped,
Ksu

Camera Videos wont download properly

Videos generally run in AVI mode. When putting pictures into the computer, place them in the "My videos" folder instead of the "My pictures" folder. This should solve your problem.
