I have the program , Presto! Mr. Photo 1.5 on my Pc but I cannot get Pictures from the camera. When I plug in The USB cord the camera shows a busy light. What must I do?
1. Click START then PROGRAMS then MR.PHOTO GOLD 1.5 then PRESTO! MR.PHOTO 1.5
2. After Mr.Photo opens up move cursor to top left corner until taskbar with INPUT
button appears
3. Click INPUT than ADD PHOTOS.
4. Click on plus sign by “C” than find the folder containing saved ***.jpg images you downloaded
5. To view images saved from the tape with JLIP Video Capture 3.0 you would have to remember what folder image was saved to (images saved in the JLIP albums with file extensions .VNA can’t be viewed here unless they were saved in separate location as single image not an album)
So it is recommended to save images transferred with JLIP Video Capture software as a JPEG images not an album if you want to change them in any way later on.

you should be able to open the program and load the pictures from the camera within the program
Alright, what I want to try is to download a new program to retrieve the pictures off of you camera but I need to know the exact model of your camera
Is it a Largan Chameleon Digital Camera for sure?
If it is then click on the below link and then on the "Download" button on the page and try using that software to get your camera working. I wasn't thinking before, I'm betting that you didn't get the Presto with your camera, am I right or wrong about this. Let me know how this works.

try turning off the computer, then plugging in the camera to the computer and turning it on and then turn on the computer and let me know if that works
I'm glad that you were able to get it working, from what I see, others have had the same problem and if you want the pictures off the camera, just make sure you plug it in and turn it on before using the computer in case you would get the error again.

Just uninstall the software without the camera plugged in and then install it again.Then plug in the camera.

I did install the program without the camera plugged in. After that I plugged in the camera and still didn't get pictures.
The busy light came on.
I donot have a folder with Pictures. I am trying to start entering pics. I do not have Mr. Photo Gold do I need it?

I have a camera which shows 'LARGAN' and 'CHAMELEON' on the front of the camera.
I have installed what you said. When i activate I get a screen that says "Device not ready"
