I play Guitar Hero: Van Halen. When I play the game it will start freezing or looping in sound. Every other game works perfectly even if they're scratched or not. Guitar Hero: Van Halen is slightly scratched and is the only game with this problem. Any idea of this?

Play the tutorial before playing the game. It'll tell you how to play the game. If there is still no sound, it is possible that the strum bar on the guitar is broken, and you will need to have it replaced. You can use the D-pad on the guitar as an alternative to the strum bar, just to see if the guitar works.
This happened with my old 360 and GoW. Microsoft insisted it was the disc, but it wasn't. I ended up purposely giving it the 3 Red Rings so I could send the 360 of for repair. It worked fine when I received the console back from repair.
