Hi, when you start using a phone with speaker and earpiece,it means that the earpiece inside the phone that allows you to hear others when they call you is faulty, and you will need to replace it,for you to stop using the speaker.

Take care.

I have a lg env3 phone, i can hear the caller, but the caller can't hear me. could it be the battery?

No, that is not due to battery. Your mouthpiece or receiver's earpiece might be bad. To make sure, please record something and try playing it. If you can hear what you recorded, your mouthpiece is fully functional. Now test whether the receiver earpiece is not working. Tell the receiver to set his phone is speakerphone mode. If he can hear what you say in speakerphone mode, then the receiver's earpiece is not fully functional.
Hope this helps.

I have a i776w i must puy callers on speaker phone to hear them what can i do please help me this is becomming very irritating for me

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Take care.

The earpiece and speaker will not work. the other caller can hear me but i cant hear them

Hello,

Since you said your other caller can hear you but you cannot hear them, it means the earpiece of your phone is bad and will need to be replaced.

Change the earpiece and you can hear your caller easily.

Take care.

I cannot hear thru the earpiece - only thru the speakerphone

I would say it is broken. try calling Motorolla or taking it into your carrier store!

When making or receiving calls, i can only hear with "speakerphone", not through regular earpiece

These phones can only do one set of speakers at a time. If you want to hear through the regular earpiece take it off speakerphone.

Can't hear caller

The earpiece speaker has gone bad. Unless you have access to a replacement speaker and can solder you will have to take the phone to you nearest Motorola service center.

Earpiece

the speakerphone speaker is actually just kinda resting inside the phone. If you have dropped it recently it might have just become disconnected and you can have a proffessional put it back in place for you. If you really want to attempt this yourself you can email me at [email protected] and I will send you a guide on how to do this. I don't recomend it though
