How can I order a steam rocker switch for this iron? Euro-pro says the won't ship directly to me.
I have a temporary solution that is working: Use WD-40 around the switch. Spray with the straw that comes with the WD-40. Let stand for a couple days, then turn the whole unit upside down and spray again, and let it stand that way for a couple days. If we could get inside, it could be more of a sure thing, but I had given up on mine and when I accidently hit the switch after siting for the last few days, , it came on!

Now for Sears to try to locate the tool that will open the case.
TAMPER BIT T-20 .. probably get them at auto zone ,not that expensive,then take the needed T-20 bit and cut a slot on the top end so you can use a common tip screw driver to place into the slot .. just drop bit into hole then stick screw driver in and line up slot .. presto changeo .. screw comes out . just repeat sequence in reverse when putting it together..good luck
