I'm after the Philips 32PF5531D operation manual but I can only download the first page. IS there a problem with it? I've just acquired this TV from a deceased relative and I'm unsure if it has a built in FREEVIEW in it and I can't seem to find a dedicated DVD Channel. Oh, and I'm a luddite.

If you have an hdmi output in the back of your tower pc then you can just plug this into your telly to get your pc images on your telly. If you have an older monitor with a different type of connection then you will not be able to connect your pc to your telly.

I've the full service manaul to Philips 32PF5320/28 [LC4-3 CHASIS]. If the chasis match to your 32PF5531D, inform me. I'll send a copy of it to you. But I can't send it to you by this window, as this window does not allow me to upload any PDF files by it. The file comes up to 20.5MB capacity. If you want to get it, you have to buy one among my philips services advertised at FixYa site. OK.

Check whether you have selected the ZOOM format. Check the aspect ratio. You can try this in your remote. Refer user guide also.

If the TV is brand new, it can be corrected through the service menu. To operate service menu only the manufacturer service provider knows.

Not sure if yours is the same but Philips codes work with Skyworth and if you hit the TV/AV button on the side of the TV and the table of options should come up. And then with the channel +or- go up and down till you are on HDM1 or where ever you want and then touch the TV/AV again when you are there.

hi have you tried entering the setup menu and then go to the display settings this should then let you choose between the 2 options

Select your country in the top page and enter the model number SA3245 again and > Search for the device.
The one and only model page opens or select your exact model from the list, when it shows up.
