Hi there

Your mouse buttons are stuck and can no longer hold firmly.

The best solution is to get a new mouse because repairing the mouse might cost almost the same price as buying a new one.

have a great day!

I have the Logitech EX100 wireless keyboard and mouse. We had to change the battery as it went dead. Now that we have new batteries in we cannot get them to work. Any suggestions?

Do a Hard Reset method to clear the keyboard and mouse settings and reconnect it back to your computer:

• Remove the batteries from the keyboard
• Press the Connect button on the receiver for 10 seconds.
• Press the Connect button on the mouse.
(You might need a pencil tip or other small tip to press the connect button.)
• Insert the batteries back into the keyboard.
• Press the Connect button on the receiver.
• Press the Connect button on the keyboard.
Hope this helps

Help for ex100 needed!

The assumption here is that the keyboard and mouse "have" been installed previously and are not working now. I know that "ass"ume is a four letter word but it had to be said. 1. Check the batteries and make sure that they're ok. If only one of them is weak, replace "BOTH" of them. 2. Re-synch the devices with the transmitter foillowing the instructions in the manual. 3. If you think that the drivers have been corrupted, go to "device manager" and update the drivers. 4. You should be able to download all of the data that was on the installation CD from the Logitech" site. Good luck.
