If you've replaced your original drive with a new one, you will have to re-install the operations system (Windows) on your new drive.

If you're installing a second hard drive then

1) Set the jumper on the back of your first drive to master and the jumper on the back of you new drive to slave.

2) If the IDE connectors are all on one cable, connect one end to ide0 on you mother board, at the other end connect the end IDE connector to you current C drive and the connector in the middle to you new D drive.

With luck when you re-boot your pc should find the new drive.

PC wont boot
Check your specs for this one on your Card (should be on the box or in your included documentation), but I believe your card is PCIE v2.1. If this is the case, your card won't work. Your mainboard is an older one, and you can tell by the black PCIE slot that it is only PCIE 1.0. NOTE: PCIE v2.0 cards will work with PCI v1.0 as long as they meet power requirements, etc. (yours should be fine) but there are no updates to fix this on your mainboard. Time to dig out your receipt and look over the return policy. Again, a PCI v2.0 should work OK, just not the v2.1 cards.

Hi,

I think you have not connected power connector to your Radeon HD5570 .
This graphics card have 6pin power connector .
You need a 6pin power connector cable that comes with the graphics card box.

1.First connect your 6pin power connector to Graphics card.
2. Then connect other part of the cable to PSU.

Go to the bios and set the video to agp and the ram memory to the specified memory of the video card and exit after saving it.

White screen on boot
this seems to be a problem with your graphic card, it may not be compatable with your system,or may not be fixed properly in your motherboard or it may be damaged as u said. I suggest get your card fixed or try it in someone else's computor to check if the card is fine or not.
