If you meant to ask the question``What is my name?``, I would say your user name is ``preciouse_12``. However, if you are just affirming that ``wat`` IS your name, then I would say that your name is indeed ``WAT``.

I detest getting drawn into pointless discussions, so don't answer my comment.
The question mark is indeed the mark of a question (it sounds tautological) , but anybody with expertise on FixYa should strive to read the whole posted question (title and body). Had you read the whole thing, you might have noticed that the same bit of sentence is reapeated, the first time with a question mark and the second time without. Had the W-word been spelled correctly, it might have lifted any ambiguity.
