I have damaged my reciever when catching it on the table whilst moving my laptop, is there anywhere that I can purchase just the reciever as the mouse is working fine? Many thanks in advance.

Hi read the Manual you have recieved with Laptop while you made purchase and then follow the steps to remove battery.
Do not follow any post as solution to remove your batter.
That is your Laptop and you purchased. No one will pay you for if laptop got damage.

Possibly door catch and/or door interlock switch may be damaged.
No special tools are required, maybe a torq 20 screwdriver.

the gear changing selectors are faulty and needing inspecting for damage ,gear box removal job

all your hardware drivers must be with you in the form of a CD installer when you purchased your laptop. Please look for it and install the drivers from there. That is the most straightforward solution to your problem. If in case you lost it, you have to download the drivers from the manufacturer's website. Don't just download from anywhere, you may catch virus from those sites.

i guess the problem that u r facing with ur laptop isn't
about the adapter but its about the outlet power of ur laptop.

check if its not damaged.

if it does try to replace it by dissembling ur computer and use soldering kit.

REFRESH THE BLUE TOOTH DRIVER FROM DEVICE MANAGER BY UNISTALLING AND REINSTALLING AGAIN FROM DEVICE MANAGER MIGHT BE IT WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE
