Question about Fisher and Paykel Fisher Paykel Intuitive Eco Washer IWL15
Out of the blue it just would not spin and would give a digital dispaly that read " I need service error code 37 ( i think that is the number). I took a few of the clothes out and tried it and though it started slow..it did spin the clothes. So...I then decided I would just try real small batches until I can afford someone to take a ook at it ( or find someone to...not many places work on them) but the very first batch I did...the whole thing shut off right after the rinse cycle...no lit up display, no power at all. I tried the fuse box and un plugging and replugging but nothing! Any ideas ? This thing is only three years old , cost me a fortune and of course the warranty was up after 2 years. Do you know of anyone in my area or a Fand P repair phone number?

I wrote both of you with some of my experienced suggestions and someone gave me an inappropriate rating! WHY!!!
I gave you options to try and even told you how to get the company to fix your machine after the warranty just finished!!
I am in the appliance business for 65 years!
Your warranty was 2 years and noe it's broken in3 years! THEY WILL REPAIR IT FREE IF YOU FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS! WHY? BECAUSE IT IS EASIER TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE THAN TO FIND NEW ONES!
HER IS WHAT YOU TELL THEM AND THEY MORE THAN LIKELY WILL SATISFY YOU ! ready??
The industry has something they call a "Push Pull"
This means that the company calls a dealer ,(like me) and asks him to come to your home and replace the lemon they sold you and return the lemon defective machine to them! You pay nothing!
The company payees the dealer for the delivery and pick-up and his time!!! We do this often for all the manufactures!
You call the manufacture and ask for the supervisor, or his supervisor! Be very calm, nice , and civil but determined!!
Tell them that right after the warranty is up the machine broke down and you expected more for such a highly rated and expensive machine!
Tell them you are re modeling your kitchen in the end of september and your wife already picked out all her Fisher & Paykel appliances and you were about to make the purchase when this happened!
Now you wonder if your making the right decision to buy suh high end appliances if Fisher & Paykel will not stand by their product!
THIS WORKS ALL THE TIME FOR MY CUSTOMERS!
BE NICE THOUGH AND COOL AND COLLECTED!
NEVER GIVE UP! ASK FOR THE SUPERVISORS SUPERVISOR! THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT THIS IS THEIR JOB! CALLED CUSTOMER RETENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I DO NOT THINK I DESERVED AN INAPPROPRIATE RATING!

It's very likely your pump is blocked. If that's not the problem, the pump itself may have failed. Re the customer who has a dead machine - obviously tried to keep using it and the pump has taken out the motor control module now. It's always best to call the manufacturer to see if they can give you some assistance - the worst they can do is say no right?
