yes, you can find it online , also you can find it on ebay if you search for braun 8585 .

you can try cleaning it with alchol and see if that helps it to become unplugged and able to clean your shaver again. It may also be some contacts that is on base where it contacts the shaver. If it still does not work, you will need to replace it . Look on ebay for one to replace with.
