"This means that the washer is overflowing. This is a built in fault that turns on the drain pump so that the water doesn't get so high that it gets into the floor. If water is continually flowing into the washer you will get this problem. If this is the case the water valve is most likely the problem. To confirm unplug the washer and if the water doesn't stop flowing into the washer the water valve is the problem.
You might have sediment from your hard water built up in the water valve to the clothes washer. You might have to replace the water valve. These clothes washers do not have a filter in the for the water. Hope that helped,
It is best to finalise what clothes you want to wash, regarding front loaders. Or if you stop the machine, you have to wait for a couple of minutes for the door mechanism to release the lock, before u try the door. At times the door won't open for there is water in there; & if you force the door you'll damage the door assembly. So a lot of caution here!
