If you have the software disk then just put it in your computer and follow the instruction. If you don't have the disk, you can download it from internet, select Save button and Click Run after download. Enter the model-number of the printer, and do the search.
Select Downloadable Device-Drivers.
Select Windows 7.
Download the device-driver.
Install it.
Any drivers you need can be found on the lexmark website. Note that some printers need the software installed before hooking up the printer. I'd try to install the printer first. The software will tell you if the printer needs to be connected.
