Since your TV was struck by lighting, the power supply is the first board that gets affected by the sudden change in AC power.. The main board is the next board due to the fragile components and the excess of voltage that is supplied to it when the lighting happened. Since you have replaced the power supply already.. I would suggest to replace the main board and that should restore the functionality on your TV.

From your lack of punctuation in your question, I'm assuming you haven't got much skill in doing electronic repairs. Please put the set back together and see if it works. If not, a manual for that particular model of tv may be valuable in diagnosing the symptom. Also consider having the set repaired by a pro shop if it is worth the price.

The flashing green light is likely indicative of a self-test failure, indicating the TV has detected some sort of internal fault. With no picture or sound, one strong suspect is the power supply. Flat-panel TV's have an internal DC power supply that converts the inbound AC current, and when these fail, or are unable to supply a minimum level of power to the set, it can behave as you describe, providing only enough power for the green light to illuminate.

This is your mainboard needing replaced! Simple as that!

The main sends the pson signal and without it...you have a dead tv.

Power supply and DM caps need replaceing very common with the V26 DLP's The V26 DM/Power repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com should solve that and the kit also contains instructions for the repair.

Sounds like your power supply is not supplying 12v to the system. Check all your power connectors are seated properly on your motherboard, if so then i'm afraid you need a new power supply.

Your power transformer is likely shot. It'll cost at least $200 to have it replaced. Someone can come to your house to diagnose it. Usually costs around $65.

what is nothing happens? try putting in some signals and give us a full history.
