I think you need to install latest PC suite for your mobile. Try downloading latest PC suite from samsung site.

what u have to do is if you got any CD with that insert it in your CD-ROM and run the set up like NOKIA PC SUITE and then import that data cable which you got with your cell phone in USB port and then install through that software which you have installed from your cd it will work might be ...

you can download to your computer rhroug a data cable that you can get off ebay for not much plus ya will need samsung pc suite!
