I overfilled my Plantinum ii hottub and now when I turn it on it primes and heats but one of my jets buttons don't work and it stays on. I cannot turn it off. I've restarted the hot tub but it continues to do the same thing.

low fuel flow to the carby
blocked main jet in carby ( probable)
check filter in the tank on the end of then tap

Check to see if there is an open limit (high temperature) switch that can be manually reset.

Should be fuse resets on all the pumps

If your Coleman has Balboa electronics 'PR' is to notify you that it is in priming mode.
It could also be your pressure switch. On most tubs the pressure is mounted on the heater. If this switch is not reading correctly it could shut the spa down to prevent heater overheating.

Some hot tub keypads have a 'mode' button. If yours doesn't try pressing 'warm/temp' followed by 'Jets'..... it's usually a combination of keys that changes the mode and this one springs to mind but I could be wrong.

Check for voltage at the pump, before assuming the relays are out... then check for voltage before and after the relay contacts

Most likely cause is a bad topside.

The jets will run while in the filtration / heating mode. If the spa is in the middle of the filtration cycle, the jets will stay on until the cycle time runs out. So, if the spa jets are on during this time, they are on for the full duration, 2-6 hours every 12. You can cycle the jet button to high, but when you try to turn them off, they will just go back on low.

Their can be a number of things.. Is the pump priming. Hopefully it did prime. what usually happens after running for awhile, with no cool water coming in. The water inside the pump basket starts to heat up, then the tubing turns to brownish on the input side of pump and exhaust side. (you could have air leaking in throught the input side, which could result in the pump never priming) Or if it is priming and no pressure (can mean your empellar is clogged up)
