Freezer door is leaking water at the bottom of the door

That is most likely a dual water control valve stuck open on back of refrigerator near floor. One side feeds ice maker and other side feeds the water dispenser. If the ice maker side began to leak slowly it would create quite a mess of ice flowing over ice maker and freeze every place it could inside the freezer. Hi, The freezer should be "0", the possible clogging you have could be a leaking water valve or an over filling ice maker. I would have the ice maker checked for volume of water dispenser during harvest, should be 5.5 oz. (2/3 cup), if more the 6 oz. the ice maker is bad. If fails to stop filling or leaks/drips, replace the water valve behind the unit.

you may have a pin hole in your water line to your dispenser or you could be leaking at the water valve itself on the water dispenser side. you'll have to pull the refrigerator out from the wall and look where the main water line goes into the back of the refrigerator. you will probably have to take the back off to see. be sure you put the back of the refrigerator back when you are through.

WAS IT LEAKING FROM INSIDE THE FREEZER OR FROM BOTTOM OF FRIDGE? ONCE IN A WHILE YOU NEED TO TAKE OUT THE ICE BIN AND DUMP ICE OUT AND CLEAN IT. HOW CAN THE ICE MACHINE OVERFLOW WITH ICE WHEN THE ICE IN THE TRAY WON'T BUDGE? NEED CLARIFICATION. SOUNDS LIKE YOU EITHER HAVE A BAD ICE MAKER MODULE OR THE SOLENOID FOR THE ICE ON THE WATER VALVE IS BAD.

You have a water leak somewhere (I'm assuming this water sound is constant). If not write me back for other possible solutions.

The only place water comes into the freezer is for an ice maker or a door water dispenser. Check around the ice maker for a leak. If there is a water dispenser in the door then check the piping to it also.

There is a drain in the bottom of the freezer compartment which is there so when the frost is melted by the defrost heaters, it has somewhere to go. This drain drains into the "drip pan" (or condensate pan) in the bottom of the unit. Here the water will sit until it is evaporated into the air.

The temp should be around 5 degrees.

Do you get water to the connector at the bottom of the freezer door ? if you do then the water pipe in the door is probably frozen - read new door ! if not then check thw electrical connector at the bottom of the freezer door as they have a habit of corroding.

Check for broken or frayed wires at the bottom of the freezer door.

There is a wire harness that is routed around the bottom of the freezer door right by the hinge.

After many opening/closings of the freezer door, these wires tend to break or fray and short or open.

fault is poss that drain for defrost water is blocked and this can cause both faults. remove back cover of freezer and check if ice build up. if so melt of with hairdryer and make sure drain is also free of ice
