Our Bosch Axxis Model WFL2090UC/11 is not draining. The pipes are all clear and the pump is turning freely. It attempts to start pumping but stops after about 1 second. We had an authorized repair man come in to look at it but he had not seen a problem like this before since the pump and plumbing seem fine. He therefor concluded that we need a new clock. My question is: is there a water level sensor that may be causing the problem? The clock is an expensive part and since we bought this machine second hand (never used) we will be paying out of pocket. Help!

Yes there should be a water level sensor on it,it either is a small one surface mounted onto a board/timer or seperate,if its seperate you can usually blow into them and here a click or double or treble click depending on the amount of levels on the machine, you can double check switch with a multimeter when you blow into switch, with the switch removed of course. If it spins and washes ok its probably the timer. You can check spinning by dropping hose at spin on timer.

Bosch Axxis WFL 2060 won't spin or drain. Still full of water

Have you checked for any blockages, in the drain pipe? If that doesn't help you might have a bad pump, here's the part:

Bosch WFF 2001 has finished a wash cycle but the water will not drain or spin away, cannot open the door. There is no apparent filter trap to empty, help!

Do the following.

  1. Switch off the machine, unplug or disconnect the mains power to the machine and turn off the water supply to the machine.
  2. Remove the access panel on the lower right front of the machine.
3. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully. Note that if the machine has stopped and not fully drained then you may be able to drain out the excess water by removing or disconnecting the waste hose and laying it on the ground in a tray. It may take a few minutes to empty but it will save a small flood.
4. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
5. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
6. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
7. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
8. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
9. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
10. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
11. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
12. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.

We have a WFL 2090 UC Bosch Axxis Front end load washer. When we use the Power Wash option, the clothes are soaking wet when the cycle is completed. Are we supposed to use the Power Temp or Power Boost...

Are you sure that your washer spins? that your pump drains? You should not have this problem. Do you load your laundry properly (too much laundry- should not be more than 3/4 of the diameter of the drum)?

Bosch WFK2401 won't start error code 6

Open the panel at the bottom using a 2p coin by turning clockwise
Pull the rubber hose out of the holder and drain water into a container until stops
turn large plastic screw to the left for access to the pump
Clear away and debris bits of metal, plastic, etc that has stopped the pump.
Opposite of above to reassemble
Switch on and test... good luck!
