Need new burners what is part number and where do I find them

Send it back and get the correct one. It can't be the same part number if the connections are different. Your old one may have features that his new one doesn't. The one less wire may just be a shared return, but the stove might be needing individual returns. If it is an updated replacement (the listing sometimes says 'compatible with' or 'replaced by', or 'alternative part'), it should come with a wiring schematic.

Please always include full 'make MODEL (what it is)'.

Fixya Expert 'Jorgie the Appliance Guy' will have the answer if it is a shared return but he will need the model number. Edit your post and add it.

On the Dyna-Glo website, it says the phone number is 1-847-324-5900.

It's probably just a case of finding the right drivers for it. Search for your burner make and model number with the word "drivers" and see if any come up for Windows 10.

If none of your burners are igniting, you need a new Spark Module. If only 1 or 2 of your burners are not igniting, you may need a Spark Igniter. Click on the pictures below for a larger image.

The Spark Module is number 318 in the following diagram (underneath the burners):

This happens when purchasing pans/bowls from home depot ect..., there are so many different shapes and models you never get the right ones. Order new bowls online with your model number located behind oven door to get the correct size and the elements should be fine.

if you use the cd that came with the burner it shouldnt ask a serie nr. try to reinstall the software.
