RAM Support I have a Gigabite Motherboard with DDR1 Ram slots And a AMD Sempron2500+ Processor and i have 256MB DDR RAm installed but i want to upgrade to 512 Or 1GB Ram . So I heard that amd chipsets do not support 512 ram but i am in need of upgrading tha memory as i do some home music production as well as graphic designs for personal purposes So can i upgrade, is it advisable.

Please post the model number of you're Gigabyte board. This is key in order to answer you're question. The model number can be found on the board, if not written in bold white lettering on the board it will be found on one of the PCI (white) slots.
