Are you having trouble downloading files to your computer or loading them onto your media player?

I always download the files onto my computer first (easier to save to media player AND flash drive that way).

Anyway, if you haven't tried that yet, dowload the songs to your computer, and open the folder where the music files are saved. Then plug your media device into the USB port.

When the options for your device pop up, click "open folder to view files"; click and drag the files from the computer folder to the device folder.

Please see you application were you can see Play music or Google play. Click on that and enjoy the music. If you want to hear downloaded song that go to the left hand site top and click on three lines that switch of the downloaded only.

How does one download or add music to your Ipod from the music f
you will have to download i tunes first then everything you have saved on you computer will transfer to i tunes then a cd will show in the left hand corner drap the file to there and it should start spinning thats when you know its working.... if yiou want more songs dowmload limewire as well

Won't play back and is no longer recognised by my computer
Problem solved with my jensen SMP-1GBD MP3 player. I re-examined the instructions & followed them exactly as they were written, then the unit worked just fine. What I found out was that you first have to plug in the ear phones, then you have to hold down the "on", button for three full seconds before it will turn on. It was just a case of not following the proper procedures as written on page four under the "Power on/off ", section of the directions.
