Hi, You can still install the printer by downloading the drivers.I'm not sure which operating system you're using,so you've got to make sure you choose the right one to install the driver.Click here to download.
takeout the cartridge and clean the coper dots..then dnt put them in..power on the printer...while pressing # 6 button disconnect the power cable....while pressing then reconnect the cable...after some settings it will ask for the cartridges...put them in..it will do the need full
You don't really need ther serial numbers to install. They are primarily for registering the printer with the manufacturer. If you want to do this, the seial number is usuallly located on the back of the printer.
u cant install a printer without any drivers u need them to send the spooler and other functions to the printer so it can work fine without any problems
go here and download the latest drivers install them than follow the driver instructions
Turn printer off and remove photoconductor unit, close covers and turn printer back on without photoconductor, error will appear that you need to install photoconductor, install photoconductor and wait til it calibrates, if same error appears photoconductor is a consumable part you will have to replace it then.
