This is a low number for that roller.Check the bearings make sure they are not seized. If you have experience a noise then most likely you have bad bearings and the roller is not rotating correctly. The guides may have built up of toner and touching. the seperation guide plate not in correct position or knocked off .under the roller dirt and grime needs to be removed. something is touching the roller causing this and you will get better life from a OEM roller.
Most likely the noise is coming from the rollers and need to be replaced but a quick fix is to spry WD-40 on the rollers to shut it up, if you spray all the rollers and you still have the noise then it may be a belt.

Check the developer roller (at exit from toner hopper), to see if it is rotating properly. Check all connections to/from drum and transfer rollers.
This is most likely a dev unit problem. Not sure if dev/hopper and transfer are all in one unit - if so, replace the lot, or you'll be chasing one problem after the other.
