To get new knob for my Euro-Pro K4245 I went to www.euro-pro.com and put model number in for parts search and they have knob for $1. It appears all three knobs are the same.
9/9/11: the link www.euro-pro.com now takes you tohttp://www.sharkclean.com/ and not a toaster oven to be found. Am looking for the lowest knob (timer) on a TO384L model.

same problem - knob cracked. How do I get a replacement?
The timer knob (bottom) inner collar cracked and the knob fell off. I need to fine a replacement knob. I'm getting by using a small screwdriver to operate the timer function.
