To get new knob for my Euro-Pro K4245 I went to www.euro-pro.com and put model number in for parts search and they have knob for $1. It appears all three knobs are the same.

9/9/11: the link www.euro-pro.com now takes you tohttp://www.sharkclean.com/ and not a toaster oven to be found. Am looking for the lowest knob (timer) on a TO384L model.

I broke the plastic dail for the toaster/toast/bake/ dail. Where can i get a new plastic dial?

Contact Euro-Pro by phone at (800) 798-7398. b The replacement knobs will cost you about $10 (3 knobs and shipping and handling) Call-don't email as I got the wrong information when I emailed. You are better off speaking with a person, even if they are in India.

The knob on the bottom dial of the toaster oven has cracked and fallen off. Can i get a replacement knob so that I cAn turn the toaster oven on I need all three knobs (temp, function & timer) for my Euro...

You *can* order parts from the manufacturer directly, but good luck with that. The first time I called, and mind you their 1-800 # is a quagmire of numeric menu selections before you ever get to talk to someone, they said they would be happy to send me one but they were out/backordered and that I should call back in 2 weeks. Instead of putting me on some kind of list and sending me one when they got more...Grrr! Then I tried calling back and made it, again, through the menu maze only to find out they are in Eastern time. Super frustrating!

But I also discovered that the flat head screwdriver is the best temporary solution until I can get my hands on a replacement knob!
