Sony blinking standby light

The standby light blinks twice then pauses about 3 seconds. Will not turn on. Don't know how to check for your response...my email is [email protected].

my problem is the same. the only difference is my set is 24" KV-24FV300

i will never buy sony again. 2 stinkin' blinks. right out of the blue, i was watching the news and it crapped out on me.

Hi shelly i have a lot of sonys come into my tv shop. There is a code for blinling problems but it never helps me.But blinking problems two blinks is says power supply problem i usually charge around 120.00 to fix this kind if you would bring it in.

It is very common problem and most service centers can fix this

Tv turns on then turns off and the standby led starts blinking

Standby light blinking is sign or internal problem in tv and how many times it blinks is error code that will show what section of tv got problem. Count light blinks and let me know, there would be 3 seconds long pause in blinks so count pause to pause.

Sony kp-51ws520 when turned on just has standby light flashing . the rest is all dead, no picture or voice.

Standby flashing light shows that tv got some internal problem. How many times standby light is flashing is info that provide info about what section of tv got problem.
Count standby light blinks and let me know, there would be 3 seconds long pause in blinks so count pause to pause.

My Sony Bravia will play for less than a minute and then reverts to standy. Any suggestions?

Please unplug tv from wall socket for minute or so,, replug back in and turn it On.
If tv still goes to standby itself than its standby light would blink to show an error in somewhere inside tv circuits.
Let me know how many times standby red light blinking? There would be 3 seconds long pause in blinking so count pause to pause to determine problem section.

IT TURN OFF ITSELF RIGHT AFTER TURN ON GREEN

Hi,
If the Lamp red light is blinking then replace lamp, replacement procedure is written in user manual and its easy.
If standby/ power red light is blinking then please count its blinking and post here. It is an error code that has info about problem in specific section of tv.
You will see 3 seconds long pause between blinks so count pause to pause.

My sony 50" wega just quit. No picture , no sound , no nothing ?

Hi,
If you see standby red light blinking on Tv front with 3 seconds interval then count its blinks from pause to pause and let me know, its an error code.
And if TV does not even show standby light then check fuse in power supply that would be blew off for some reason, replace it.
Still problem? let me know with exact model number of your Sony TV.

TV does not turn, they turn on the light and stereo stan bye

Let me know exact TV model number and check does standby light blinks? If yes, please count how many time it blinks as there would be pause of 3 seconds in blinks.
