Hi the language should not be a problem, try to install the software for the Fisher Price Digital and Craft Studio first then connect it to the computer. If it does not work in one USB port try the others one by one,if it still not working visit http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=5625&e=digitalstudio and click installation help and check the information there if the problem still exist you should contact Fisher Price consumer Affair department, as you mention there,and they will tell you if the device has a problem or not you can call them at 888-892-6123 and explain the problem to them. Here is the solution. as your computer is set in other language and the software is in English, you need to buy the device for that.
So, you need to send a request for it and you can get Fisher-Price Venezuela a software in Spanish and your problem will be solved.

The problem is that Fisher Pricve has no 24 hour techical assitance and i need to wait till tomorrow

I don´t want to use Us english version because i use all my programs in spanish
I bought the Fisher Price Digital and Craft Studio for my daughter , however when trying to install it on the computer there is an error message saying: "The Digital & Craft Studio was not found. Please reconnect and try again. If you receive this message a second time please contact Fisher Price consumer Affair" .
I have conected the console in different USB ports, we get the sound of plogged in or out but no other message or signal that console is there. What I see the problem is bsically that my computer is set in Spanish (since I live in Uruguay and the software is in English. I bought the device in the US (Amazon. Com)
