The codes do not always work, due to various reasons, for example your phone might have had a software (firmware) update. Or Orange might have foreseen this, and they will have an extra bug in the system to prevent it being unlocked. Good luck!

To get code You need:
- Network code (network which locked the phone)
- IMEI number (15 digits)

hello there....well its quite simple...it is a network restriction code .....to unlock the phone to any network you need to call the customer care of your original network provider (orange) ....just keep the model number of your IMEI handy ...this is a paid service and charges differ from network to network...it can be done locally in a mobile shop at less price...but its advisable to take help from Orange
that should solve the problem.....you will be able to use any sim in your phone of any service around the world

I have a samsung SGH-E420 orange network. In my area there is little or no orange network available. I would like to unlock this phone so as I can I use a more reliable network.
