My mp3 player is frozen

I was listening to my mp3 player and when the song ended it just froze and now i cant even turn it off how can i fix it

    mp3 screen froze but song kept going and when song ended screen was still frozen!! i tried turning it off and charging it but nothing worked!!

Yea just hold it down for a while until it turns off buddy!! thats wat i did lalex i got it like a couple of mins after i posted

Just simply take a thin-leaded pencil or the end of a paperclip and hit the small reset button on the device. The player should turn off.

My ZEN Mozaic just froze on a song what do i do
Try reseting the ZEN. There should be a tiny reset button on the bottom left side, you might have to use a staple or paperclip or pencil tip to reach the button. Your music, pictures, and videos should all still be able to work. If this doesn't work I don't know what to do.

My Mp3 Player is Frozen
Never mind I've fixed it now. (:

After trying all the things above I gave up and just waited a few hours for the battery to run out. Now I've plugged it back into the PC to charge it and it's unfrozen.

when your mp3 player freezes hold the power switch like your going to turn it off and holdit for roughly 10 seconds. that should reset the mp3 player

After listening to the first song, i flipped to the next and it froze!
There should be a reset button at the back try this, or hold the power button for several seconds and see if it does anything.

If it's just frozen in on mode you can also wait for the battery to die and then try again.
