Does anyone know what the F-77-2 Code indicates on a Konica 7030 copier and is there a way to clear it so that we can use the copier? Thank YOU

77-2 is a finisher prob..Make sure nothing is under the finisher like a small trash can preventing the finisher from moving up/down.Turn off then on,if prob. still there remove finisher by pressing a pen/pencil in small hole inside finisher door and pull fin. towards you. This will let you use copier until service rep. gets there.
