You have to have a fiery unit (external controler) to use the C350 With a Mac because the c350 dosnt come with appletalk in the software. IC-401 Is the model number of the controller you will need to connect the c350 to any kind of mac for printing / scanning.

Hello a Fiery print controller is basically a computer, which needs to be rebooted once a week to get rid of temp. files. Try shutting down each fiery every Friday and restarting Monday morning and your problems will be resolved. I have seen a corrupt print driver cause this many times test all workstations for printing then once you find the workstation that locks up the machine delete that driver and reinstall.

If you are printing to a C350, a COLOUR MFP, you MUST have a controller to print from a Mac.

You can try using a Unix/Linux driver.

You need to enter into servic e mode and tell the MFP to use the Fiery instead of the built-in empron.
A service tech can do that in les than 5 minutes for you.

I believe that machine uses the same print controller as the Bizhub C350. You will have to verify this - it's an optional unit attached to the rear of the machine. It will be where your network wire plugs in. It "should" be a IC-401 model print controller. That's the driver you need from Konica.

in printer you should log in as administrator and there should be network settings, where you can put in ip address and gatway and so on.

If you have never been able to print check to see if you have the Image Control chip installed. Sometimes these were sold seperately.
